What to Expect:

The Yoga Expert at FLB Wood House would help you attain peace. You would find yourself calmer after every session of meditation and relaxing asanas.

What to Carry:

  • Water Bottle
  • Towel
  • A Yoga Mat
  • Change of Clothes
  • Snacks (to be had after Yoga)

Dos and Don’ts:

  • Arrive early to your session.
  • Discuss your injuries and medical conditions with the Yoga instructor
  • Don’t eat for two or three hours before your session
  • Refrain from carrying any kind of a gadget to a session
  • Never push yourself for a pose, know where to stop
  • Play the Yoga session in your head after you are done with it

Don’t take a bath just after the session. Wait for some time.
